A creative and hard working Brazilian photographer, now living in south London/ Kent area, who is currently completing her BA (Hons) in Photography at University of Greenwich. Looking at expanding her photographic business covering a range of genres including rebranding, editorial, family/ children/ new born portraits, headshots, events, photographic production and personal projects/ fine art.
My work takes a critical view of social, political and cultural issues. Using my own experiences I explore the interconnections of one’s life. Engaging subjects as diverse as family, food, anxiety and Brexit. In my images I take advantage of familiar visual signs, arranging them into new and conceptually layered pieces. My projects tend to incorporate the use of different processes, which can be seen in different parts, and although at a first glance some images may not appear to be directly related to each other, they are all interconnected - as is life. I am quite happy with my commercial website and my next step is to make it more visible to my potential clients, through adverts on social media and a good CEO to be more visible on google as well.
My personal work needs to gain its on website with a more artistic style and that needs to be done urgently, I have been participating on competitions lately to seek more visibility and I need to get better with the statements I send with the images when participating on this Photo contests.
Maybe thinking more on what images work together to tell the story I want.
